Avalon Biometrics S.L. was founded as a private company in November 2001 in the UK, incorporated in 2004 in Madrid, Spain and operates out of its Headquarters in Madrid since then. We focus on development of Homeland Security solutions, implementation and integration of large and/or complex projects in the international public security sector including Live & Form-based Enrolment, National Registries, Personalization, Quality Assurance, Document Verification, Secure Border Management, Visa Management, and nationwide Identification Systems for all common biometrics.

Requerimos:
Masters or Bachelor degree on Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecommunications.
Familiar with different types of testing: unit, integration, regression, acceptance.
Good OOP skills (C# or Java) and keen on refactoring and modularity.
Fluency in English (oral and written) and available to travel abroad for short periods.
Deseamos:
Familiar with agile methodologies and testing.
Experience working with Web Services is extremely valuable.
Experience with one or more testing tools (NUnit, JUnit, Cucumber, SoapUI, etc) is desirable.
Experience with Java / J2EE, Hibernate, C++, Image Processing, Smart Cards, Biometrics is also valuable.
